Installation Steps
1. Hardware placement
Place the projector or projector box above the play area with a stable mount. Ensure a clear line of sight and correct throw distance for the model. Use Mantong's mounting templates and secure all cables. For outdoor or public spaces, choose weather-resistant mounts and cover cables to avoid hazards.
2. Screen surface and environment
Use a flat, non-reflective surface for the best tracking and colors. Control ambient light where possible; lower light improves contrast and sensor performance. If used on carpeting or irregular floors, consider a clear overlay or frame to define the interaction area.
3. Software setup
Connect the projector to Mantong’s control unit or PC. Launch our interactive floor software and select a preset based on the play area size. Upload content or choose built-in templates for games, branding, or wayfinding. Configure sensors or cameras in the software and assign interaction zones.
4. Calibration and testing

What about the wall/floor material for the projection？
It’s recommended to choose a light-colored material with minimal reflectivity—pure white or light grey works best. the
common material is cement & plaster board
For optimal projection results, the surface should be free of any patterns or textures, as the projector will display content
directly onto it.
There are no specific material requirements; you may use any commonly available material in your local market, as long as it
meets the above conditions.
